Party Time

Charlee was invited to her classmate Alyssa’s birthday party today. Alyssa’s parents, Nick and Mara, invited the rest of our family to come along as well. After a great afternoon of lollies and cake for the kids and beer and darts mixed with a little AFL (Aussie Rules) for the dads, we swapped Charlee for Alyssa's brother, Alex and headed home for a sleepover.

Sister Mary's Bon Voyage

Friday night we went on a river cruise from Botany Bay up the Georges River to help send off Sister Mary (in the pink) who will be heading to The Kimberley’s in Northwestern Australia in May. She's going from the largest city in Australia to a remote area where she'll be teaching in an Aboriginal school of about 150 kids from kindergarten to year 12! Pictured above is the maths department at MSJ.

Adam and the rest of the Steel Band had a performance at Picnic Point PS on Thursday! Made me think of a pina colada for some reason!?
