Charlee had a couple of friends over for a sleepover on Friday while Adam spent the night at Luke, Paul and Jacob's house. Charlee, Jessica and Brittany are in the same class together at Picnic Point PS.
Needless to say, the kids are settling in quite well!

One of these Blue Tongued Lizards found its way into the main office at Mount Saint Joseph on Friday. No one there was too alarmed but they thought I'd be interested to see it. It was about a foot long with a head that looked more like a big snake and yes it does have a very distinct blue tongue! Harmless but ugly!

Canadian Neighbours in Australia!

Kinda weird spending the day with our Canadian neighbours, the Violins. Vic was transferred to Wollongong (50 minutes south of us) with his engineering firm, Hatch and arrived a week after we did! Ava, Izzie, Ruby, Ella, Georgia, Charlee and Adam had a great day together in the natural pools next to the ocean and then later riding the waves at the beach.

Charlee and Ruby enjoy the salt water pool that fills as the ocean waves crash over the stone wall.

Vic an Dave attacked the wild waves in the ocean in Wollengong.

Liz, Vic, Heidi and Dave spent a beautiful night enjoying dinner and discussing the great things about Oz and what we miss about Canada - until the Mozzies attacked!

Chow time at the Violins!
